DAGS
Steve Dagostino is considered one of the top Development Coaches in the country. His client list includes NBA Players and Top Division 1 Players. His extensive and successful professional background may have kickstarted the idea of becoming a coach, but it's the passion he feels every day for helping the entire basketball community, from coach to trainer to parent to player, that really fuels him.

SHEA
BROMIRSKI
Shea Bromirski has run Dags Workouts and Camps since 2010. Shea is a passionate teacher that loves developing players and pushing them to be their best. Players love Shea because he is ultra competitive!
​
Coach Shea is currently the Head Varsity Coach at Cambridge High School. Prior to that he was an Assistant College Coach at Southern Vermont and The College of Saint Rose. As a player Shea averaged over 30 ppg in High School, went on to earn a Scholarship to The College of Saint Rose where he was an All-Conference Player.

ROB
MILLS
Rob Mills has been coaching with Dags Basketball for the last 4 years. He runs Private Training, and Group sessions for players from Youth to High School, College, and Overseas. Rob has also assisted Dags in training NBA Clients such as Kevin Huerter (Sacramento Kings, Cam Thomas (Brooklyn Nets), and Andre Jackson Jr. (Milwaukee Bucks). Rob has great enthusiasm for the game of basketball and excels at teaching and making the game fun for kids.

Coach Rob began his first two years at Tompkins Cortland Community College and won the title (MSACC) Mid State Athletic Conference Champion his first year. He then became Second year All MSAC and led the Men’s Basketball team averaging 19.3 points per conference game in 2015. Coach Rob was the Third highest scorer in the conference and fifth best in steals per game (2.1). He led the MSAC in free throw percentage (88.1) and was forth in three point shooting percentage (42.7). After, he transferred to the Sage of Colleges where he averaged over 10 points per game 2015-16. His last year of college basketball he broke the record for the Sage of Colleges becoming the #1 single game scorer.

PIGLIAVENTO
Coach Josh has been a camp coach with Dags Basketball for the past 2 years. He has a passion for the game of basketball and teaching it to young players! He spent the summer of 2023 assisting Coach Dags training Kevin Huerter (Sacramento Kings), as well as the top College and High School Players in the area.

Josh played High School Basketball for Bishop Gibbons as a 3 year Varsity Starter. His Senior Season Josh averaged 21.4 ppg and was selected as first team All-WAC Hudson Division All-Star. He went on to play at Hudson Valley Community College.
