What To Expect

Development Days are weekly group training that consist of intense, highly focused, college-style workouts. You can register for the Month (4 Sessions) at a discounted rate, or sign up per session.

A group (typically 4-10 players) setting creates a competitive atmosphere for all of our skill and drill work.  This forces players to push themselves and learn to make others around them better as well. 

All of this is accomplished while still getting individualized attention! There's no wasting time or effort on Development Days... every minute of practice is catered to the players specifics needs and areas of focus.

Development Days take place in the Spring and Fall.  They are great for players looking to get extra work in around their Club Basketball schedule, or to keep a ball in their hands while playing a different sport!

TRAIN DIRECTLY WITH COACH DAGS

Coach Dags Development Days are 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.  They have a specific topic and are highly instructional.  These are a great way to get in the gym directly with Coach Dags and improve.  Each month he will open a couple days around his traveling schedule.
